I'm currently using this Dell docking station that has 2 DisplayPorts and 1 HDMI. It works great for dual monitors through the DisplayPorts, but I'm wondering if there's a way to connect a total of four monitors. Is there a specific setup or types of cables I should look for to achieve this?

I have the WD19S model paired with a Startech USB32DP4K, and it works flawlessly with four external monitors plus my laptop screen!

It really depends on the hardware. My dock setup can power four external displays, but my coworker's older laptop setup is capped at three. So check your specific GPU specs!

Yes, you can set it up for four monitors! Just pick up the right adapter cables that match your monitors’ connections. A quick tip: if one of your monitors has built-in speakers, it's best to use straightforward HDMI without conversions for that one.

Just keep in mind that your GPU needs to support four displays at once. Some older setups might limit you to three even if the docking station can handle more.
