I just got a cool lifepo4 battery for my car to power audio and lighting, and it has Bluetooth for checking info and changing settings. I'm wondering if there's a way to control this battery from a greater distance than the usual Bluetooth range. Is there any device that could connect to my battery and then link to my car's hotspot so I can access it remotely?

It’s likely that you can’t just connect directly to the battery over the internet since it works only over Bluetooth. However, you could set up a phone with internet access near the battery to control it remotely. It'd take some tinkering, but it's doable!

That’s actually a pretty solid idea! If you already have a service-enabled tablet, you can leave it connected to your battery and use remote access to make changes. Just wish there was an easy way to do this!.

Using something like a Raspberry Pi could simplify things if you’re keen on tech. It can act as a bridge, making it easier to control devices over a hotspot.
