Can I Learn C++ Just by Watching Videos?

I'm eager to learn C++ before starting college, but my schedule doesn't allow for much practice at home. I usually have about 45 minutes during my commute to watch a Udemy course on C++. On weekends, I might have more time to practice, but that's about it. Can I really get good at C++ just by watching videos, or do I need to practice more? Also, is there a compiler app for mobile that I can use? I'm also curious about learning Python and Java.

Just like learning any skill, practice is crucial. There are online resources and compilers you can try, but typing on your phone might be challenging unless you have a good keyboard. Better to code on a computer when you can!
