Can I Learn to Code from Scratch Using AI and Land a Job?

I've started learning coding with the help of AI, working through the basics on my own without copying code. I'm wondering if this approach is more effective than finding tutorials on platforms like YouTube. Is it really possible to learn coding this way and eventually secure a job in the field?

I gave that a shot last year too, trying to learn C with AI, but it didn’t click for me. I switched to textbooks and made way more progress. I think AI is great for clarifying concepts from what I learned in books, but it shouldn’t be your main learning tool if you want to get a solid grip on programming.
