I'm used to using VB VoiceMeeter for audio monitoring on Windows, where I can hear my voice in real time before recording. I'm wondering if there's a way to achieve something similar on Linux Mint—any recommendations?

You might want to consider switching to an XLR microphone for real-time monitoring. Just curious, how were you managing the real-time monitoring before? Was it a very slight delay you're dealing with?

I usually use a USB adapter with my FIFINE K688 mic, but I know it has an XLR option. Back in my Windows days, I loved how I could tweak my audio settings and hear changes instantly with VoiceMeeter.
