I'm considering switching from a Corsair H60 AIO cooler to a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE air cooler. Is this a good move? I'm mostly curious about whether the mounting will be different when switching from an AIO to an air cooler. Thanks to everyone for the support on this!

If you're getting the Phantom Spirit new, it wilI come with all the mounting hardware you'll need for installation, so you should be all set!

Yeah, a dual tower air cooler is definitely an improvement over a 120mm AIO like the H60!

As long as the cooler is compatible with your CPU socket type and it fits in your case, it should work just fine! Itโ€™ll likely perform way better than that tiny AIO. By the way, what CPU, motherboard, and case are you using?
