I'm considering reinstalling Windows 11 and I have a USB stick that I created with the Media Creation Tool about a year ago. Can I use that same USB to reinstall again, or do I need to create a new one? If I do use the old USB, will it still work as expected? Also, is it a good idea to go ahead with this plan?

You can definitely reuse that USB; the main difference is you'll get more updates compared to what you had last year. So, it should work just fine!
