I'm looking at my drive partitions during a fresh Windows install, and I see some partitions that I don't recognize. I want to know if it's safe to delete these partitions, especially since I'm not sure what they are. The primary drives are the ones where my OS is installed. Here's a link to see what I'm looking at: https://imgur.com/a/veIwTMm.

If you're doing a clean Windows install, you can likely delete those unrecognized partitions. However, just be aware that removing them could affect any existing Windows or other OS installations. I strongly recommend backing up any important data before making changes to your partitions.

How do I create a backup? Should I just use a restore point? I want to make sure it's safe in case things go wrong.
