I've burned through all my free tier credits on EC2 and really want to keep exploring AWS since I'm just starting out. Is there a way for me to close my current account and set up a new one using a different email but the same card details? Please let me know how to get this done as soon as possible!

If you really want to keep exploring for free, just changing the email as suggested is a good plan! But be prepared that the free tier might still have its limits.
Nope, you can't reuse the same email or card details. Once your free credits are gone, they're gone for that account. You can set up a new account, but you won’t get more credits for it.
Yeah, creating a new account is possible, but you'll still miss out on extra free tier credits. You can still play around with what you learned, though.
If you plan to reuse the same email address, make sure to change it before you close your current account. For example, change from '[email protected]' to '[email protected]'. After that, you can close your account, but just remember, you won't get any free tier credits automatically.
