I accidentally got the end of my phone charger wet—it was the part that plugs into my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Should I throw it away and get a new one, or can I just let it dry out and use it again?

Just make sure to let it dry completely before using it again. It’s a good idea to wait at least 24 hours. You can also spin it around to help get the excess water out and maybe even use a fan to speed up the drying process.
Drying it in the sun can also help a lot. Just make sure you don’t rush it. A good day or two in the sun usually does the trick!
In my experience, I’d recommend dipping the end in rubbing alcohol to displace any water and let it dry for a day or two. It’s worked for me every time! Just ensure it’s fully dry before using it.
If it’s just a little wet, you should be fine. I usually dry it with a towel, then let it sit for a couple of hours to dry out fully. Just make sure it’s completely dry before plugging it in.
You should be good! I once dropped my whole phone in a dam and it still works after drying it out! Just take your time drying this charger properly and it should be fine to use.
