I recently bought a new computer for work and upgraded it to Windows 11 Pro. After a few weeks, I returned that computer and purchased a different one. I want to know if it's possible to transfer the Windows 11 Pro upgrade from the old computer to the new one, especially since everything is linked to my Microsoft account. Microsoft support mentioned using the product key from the email I received when I bought the upgrade, but I can't find any product key in that email.

If both of your PCs are associated with your Microsoft account, you should be able to transfer the license online. It’s been a while since I did it, but the option should be in your account settings. Sometimes it activates automatically when you log in on the new PC, depending on the type of key you used.
I noticed that my purchase shows up only in the purchase history of my Microsoft account. It's confusing because it's just a receipt with no product key attached.
It shouldn’t matter about the product key if you activated the upgrade through your Microsoft account. Your account holds the license, so you should be good to go as long as it’s linked.
Absolutely, you can transfer it. As long as the Windows 11 Pro was linked to your Microsoft account, you should be able to move it over.
