Hi everyone! I hope you're having a great day. I need some advice about my Intel B580 ASRock GPU, which has two 8-pin power ports. However, my MSI MAG B650BN power supply only comes with one PCIe cable that has a jumper. Is it safe to connect the GPU using this jumper cable?

Yeah, using that jumper cable should be totally fine for a GPU like the B580, especially since it typically draws low power. Just make sure the power supply is solid and you're good to go!

Thanks for clarifying! Just to confirm, there’s no risk in using the jumper to connect the two 8-pin ports?
