Can I Use a Wireless Mouse with a Dongle on a Non-Bluetooth PC?

I'm looking to switch to a wireless mouse, but my motherboard doesn't support Bluetooth. I've heard mixed opinions about whether a mouse that comes with its own USB dongle will work on my PC. Just to clarify, will I be able to connect a wireless mouse that has its own dongle, even without Bluetooth support? Wired mice are too frustrating for me!

Yes, the dongle serves as an adapter for the mouse! You donโ€™t need Bluetooth for it to function, itโ€™s a straightforward connection.

Absolutely, itโ€™ll work perfectly! Just make sure the mouse comes with its own USB receiver, and you should be good to go. No need for Bluetooth at all.

Your wireless mouse with a dongle will work without needing Bluetooth support on your PC. Just plug it in and youโ€™re good to go!

Just a heads up, most wireless mice come with their own dongle and donโ€™t rely on Bluetooth. So, if you grab something like a Logitech for around $30, youโ€™ll need the included dongle for it to connect. Bluetooth mice exist too, but any mouse with a dongle will work just fine as long as you have that USB slot free!

I use a wireless mouse that switches between three different devices, one with a dongle and two with Bluetooth. Honestly, I canโ€™t notice any difference in performance, so youโ€™ll be set with a dongle mouse!
