I'm considering switching from Windows 11 to Linux on my laptop, which has Dolby Atmos capabilities. However, I've noticed the sound quality isn't as good with Linux as it is on Windows. Is there any way to get Dolby Atmos working on Linux?

If I recall correctly, because Dolby Atmos is proprietary, it's generally not supported on Linux. Still, exploring Pipewire or EasyEffects could provide some similar results, depending on your distro's compatibility.

Unfortunately, there's currently no way to run Dolby Atmos on Linux because it's a proprietary technology. However, you might want to check out alternatives like EasyEffects, which can enhance your audio experience in other ways!

Yeah, I've heard EasyEffects can be a good substitute. It's worth a shot if you're looking for better sound quality!
