Hey everyone! I'm putting together a new system primarily for programming. I don't need a powerful GPU, but I do need some form of video output. I'm not super familiar with X3D technology, so I'm wondering if the integrated graphics on X3D CPUs can handle 1080p displays and video playback without issues. Thanks in advance for any insights!
P.S. I'm leaning towards the X3D version because I think buying a separate GPU would be more expensive. Also, I recently learned that all the 9000 series CPUs come with integrated graphics, which is helpful to know!

If you're just focusing on programming, you might not even need an X3D chip. A regular 7700X could give you better performance for your needs without the added cost of the X3D.
The integrated graphics on X3D should be just fine for 1080p video playback. I’ve had no problems with running 4K videos on my setup using hardware acceleration off, so you should be good for general use.
