I'm planning to build a PC and I'm wondering if the parts I have in mind will work together. Also, I have 64GB of RAM from my laptop. Can I use that for my desktop build? I heard there are adapters, but I'm not sure if they compromise quality too much or if there are better options.

I found a link with some recommended builds. It might help you decide on your parts better! https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/mDRfrG

Could you share your reasoning for those parts? I have a 32-inch 4K OLED monitor, and I think a more powerful GPU like the 5080 would really boost my gaming experience.

Yeah, there are SODIMM to DIMM adapters available! Just keep in mind that using them can slightly degrade the signal quality. That said, if you're using something like DDR4 4800 or 5200, it should probably work without too many issues.
