Can I use monitors with different refresh rates without issues?

I recently built my first PC and I'm excited about it! I have a Ryzen 5 5600X, an RX 6800 XT, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3200MHz. Currently, my main monitor is a 25" 1080p with a 240Hz refresh rate, and my second monitor is a 75Hz 1080p. I just ordered a 27" 1440p monitor with a 180Hz refresh rate to be my new main display. My question is: if I set the 75Hz monitor to show hardware stats (like CoreTemp and MSI Afterburner), while using the other two (the 1440p for gaming and the 25" for YouTube) at 180Hz, will having the third monitor at a different refresh rate create any issues? I want to avoid dropping all monitors down to 75Hz to prevent any stuttering. I've heard about a 1-3% performance drop with an additional monitor, but I wasn't aware that refresh rates could also impact things.

You can absolutely run those monitors at their respective max refresh rates without them affecting each other. My setup includes a 1440p 165Hz monitor as my main display along with a 1080p 144Hz second screen, and I haven't encountered any problems at all.

Thanks for that info! I've been hearing a lot of conflicting advice, so it's nice to get a perspective from someone who's actually tried it.
