I'm curious if my PC is capable of running some of the newer games, especially Arc Raiders. Here are my specs:

I'm mostly worried about whether I need to upgrade anything to handle these games well. Any advice?

Your specs are pretty solid overall! The main bottleneck seems to be your HDD, as newer games often run better with an SSD. If you don't have an M.2 port, getting a SATA SSD should do the trick to minimize loading problems.
You've got the recommended specs for RAM and GPU, plus your CPU is slightly above the minimum. I definitely recommend upgrading to an SSD to speed things up; it makes a huge difference in load times!
