I'm in the UK and I'm wondering if the Be Quiet! Pure Rock Pro 3 cooler with 59.6 CFM is sufficient to keep the Ryzen 7 5700X cool while gaming. I want to ensure it won't overheat. If it's not adequate, what are some good alternatives? Also, is the ASUS ROG Strix B550-F motherboard worth considering?

The 5700X has a TDP of 65W, so the Be Quiet! cooler is more than enough. You should have no issues! I have the same chip and I'm using the Phantom Spirit.
Absolutely, that cooler is great for the 5700X. It has more than enough cooling power to keep it in check. If you're looking for alternatives, I'd recommend the Thermalright Peerless Assassin or the newer Phantom Spirit. They're usually pretty affordable and perform just as well as more expensive coolers.
You'll be totally fine with that cooler. I actually ordered a smaller 90mm cooler by mistake, and it still keeps my Ryzen 7 5700X cool, even with some BIOS tweaks.
Easily! I run a 5700X at 150 watts with the Thermalright Phantom Spirit, which has similar cooling capabilities. As for the ASUS B550-F, it's a solid motherboard in the $100-130 range. Just a heads up, if you don't have an AM4 board yet, you might want to consider upgrading to an i5-12600KF with a B760 board for better value.
