I'm looking to build my own PC and I've gathered a list of parts that I'm considering buying, but I'm not sure if they'll all be compatible with each other. Here's what I have in mind:

You should definitely use PCPartPicker to check compatibility—it makes life easier! Browsing through your parts, I noticed it might be a bit unbalanced. What's the main goal for your build? Just gaming? And what resolution are you aiming for? That CPU and RAM seem decent, but the GPU you picked might not cut it for a $3K build. I recommend considering a 9070XT or a 5070Ti at the very least.

Yeah, I agree! If you're going for modern games at medium to high settings, you'll definitely want a stronger GPU.
