I've got an ASRock motherboard and I'm running into a problem. I'm supposed to press F11 repeatedly when starting my computer to bring up the boot menu, but it doesn't seem to work at all. In fact, if I try to spam the key, it stops the PC from starting up entirely. I've also attempted using other keys like F2, F12, and Delete, but nothing seems to change. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Have you tried using the Delete key or F2? I find Delete is commonly used for entering BIOS on many systems.
Sometimes BIOS settings can be tricky. Make sure you check if your system outputs display on a specific port, especially if you're using DVI. If you can't see anything, try enabling UEFI (Secure) boot in your settings via Windows. If Windows is still booting, holding down Shift and hitting Restart can get you to the BIOS/UEFI setup options, but be aware it might still use the wrong display port.
I couldn't access the shift+restart menu.

No, it doesn't work unfortunately.
