I've been having trouble with my PC booting up ever since I adjusted my CPU overclock settings. My specs are: ROG B450-F Gaming rev 1.01, Ryzen 7 3700X, RTX 4060 Ti, 16GB 3600MHz RAM, and a 1TB SSD. After setting my overclock to 4.25 GHz at 1.345 volts, the PC won't boot. The LED flashes orange and red, then stops at white, and the monitor only turns on for a second without displaying anything. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including changing the HDMI cable, reseating the GPU and CPU, resetting the CMOS battery, and trying different RAM combinations. Plus, I even attempted to boot without the GPU. I did notice a bit of instability before making the overclock adjustments, so I'm really concerned. What can I do to get my PC back up and running?

You can also try resetting the BIOS to factory defaults, but if you're unable to access the BIOS due to the boot issue, the CMOS reset I mentioned earlier is the way to go.
It sounds like you're having issues due to a bad overclock. The white LED means your system is stuck trying to detect your GPU. I recommend doing a full CMOS reset: unplug everything, take out the CMOS battery, and use a screwdriver to short the CLR_CMOS pins for about 10-15 seconds. After that, leave it for 10 minutes, put the battery back in, and try booting with just one RAM stick in slot A2 and your GPU installed. If that doesn’t work, your BIOS might be corrupted, and since your motherboard doesn’t have BIOS Flashback, you may need to try a different CPU, PSU, or take it to a shop if the issue persists.
Thanks, but is there any other way to fix the BIOS without needing to change parts?
How do I reset the BIOS if I can’t even get into it?
