If you can, I'd suggest waiting a bit longer. AMD recently talked about re-releasing the 5800X3D, so it might be worth holding off for that announcement before making a purchase.
If you care about how much power your CPU uses, the 5700X is definitely better. But if you're looking for the slight edge in performance, the 5800XT is worth the extra money. Just keep in mind that Black Friday deals on these might not be as big as you'd hope, so don't expect dramatic discounts.
The 5700X is pretty much the same as the 5800XT but consumes less power and runs cooler. For me, that's a huge plus, so I'd go for the 5700X if you're concerned about temperatures and efficiency.
