Choosing the Right CPU Cooler for My Setup

I'm trying to decide on a CPU cooler for my build, and I have a few options I'm looking at. Here are the coolers I'm considering:

1. Deepcool AK620 for INR 5400 ($59.85)
2. Deepcool AG620 for INR 2900 ($32.14)
3. Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE for INR 6699 ($74.25)
4. Thermalright Peerless Assassin for INR 4374 ($48.48)

Can you help me find the best choice among these? Just for reference, here are the components I'm working with:
- Ryzen 7 9700X
- Zotac Amp Infinix Ultra RTX 5070 Ti 16GB
- MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk Max WiFi
- Corsair RM850X 850W PSU 80+ Gold
- Lian Li Lancool 216 cabinet
- Samsung 990 Pro 1TB SSD
- Kingston Fury DDR5 6000MHz CL30 RAM (16x2).

The Deepcool AG620 at just $32 is a solid choice for your Ryzen 9700X. It's definitely the best value here. I'd say the Peerless Assassin at $48 is a reasonable backup option, but you won't need the more expensive coolers for this setup. They’re overkill for your build and won’t really add any benefit.

But won't that cooler struggle under heavy loads, especially with multithreading?
