I've just started my recertification and tried to launch the AWS Cloud Quest console lab, but it keeps opening the standard sign-in page instead of the expected sandbox environment. I've restarted the lab several times and get the same result. Has anyone found a fix, especially if the certification expiration date is coming up soon?

Since the lab is still redirecting to the normal sign-in page after multiple restarts, this may require an account or lab-session reset on the support side. Submit a support case as soon as possible and explain that the issue is affecting your recertification deadline. Clearing site data and trying another browser are still worth testing while you wait.
