Connecting a Denon Receiver to Starkey Hearing Aids via iPhone

I'm trying to set up my parents' Denon AVR to send audio via Bluetooth to my dad's Starkey hearing aids, which he controls through his iPhone 15 Pro. The issue is that the iPhone only transmits audio and doesn't accept incoming Bluetooth signals. Is there a dongle or an app that can help me with this?
