I'm a father of two little ones and my gaming time is pretty limited these days. Back in 2021, I built my first PC with an i7 10700k and a GeForce 3070, but now I'm thinking about upgrading my GPU. What's the best graphics card I can get that won't be bottlenecked too much by my current CPU?

If you're playing at 1080p, a 9070 will handle even the most demanding games well, and it performs decently at 1440p too. Just be sure your power supply can handle it — a 750W should do the trick!
Consider upgrading the whole system in stages. If you're playing at 4K, the 5090 will be a beast. Once prices normalize, you can look into a new CPU and motherboard without needing a complete overhaul now.
Good idea! Staggering upgrades seems like a smart plan.
The 3070 is still a solid card, but if you're looking for a noticeable boost, you might consider the 5090. Just keep in mind that your i7 10700k could bottleneck it, especially at lower resolutions. But if you’re gaming at 4K, you should see great performance without much bottleneck.
Thanks for that info! I'm using a 5k2k ultrawide and play various games. Will the bottleneck affect my performance a lot?
Right now isn’t the best time to upgrade since prices are inflated. However, if you're set on getting a better card, the 9070 XT is also an excellent option that pairs nicely with your CPU. It's made a big difference for me in terms of performance.
I heard good things about the 9070. How does it perform in demanding AAA titles?

Got a 750W PSU! Sounds like I'm set then. I'll keep an eye on GPU prices.
