I wouldn’t worry about the bed. People even assemble PCs on beds and usually have no issue. The bigger concern with a used GPU is whether it actually works, so test it in person before paying if you can.

The photo setup alone isn’t a red flag. Some sellers use a bed because it provides a clean, bright background, though placing the card on its box or an anti-static bag would be more careful.
