I was playing a game on my PC when suddenly it opened up a ton of Spotify support tabs in Google – around 20 of them! Then, when I closed Google, it spawned even more tabs, plus one for Google support and another for Discord. I decided to close everything and shut down my PC, and when I powered it back on, it didn't happen again. Could this be malware, or is there another explanation for all this?

You should run a Windows Defender scan with your Wi-Fi turned off or the Ethernet cable unplugged. That way, it can check for malware without any outside interference.
Many programs have support pages that pop up when you hit F1. I can't confirm for Spotify, but Chrome and Discord do this. Since they all use similar technology, it might just be a glitch instead of malware. I wouldn't worry too much about it being harmful!
