Could This Issue With My Samsung Phone Be a Glitch or a Virus?

Hey everyone! I've been having a strange issue with my Samsung phone. After I entered my pin, the phone unlocked but the touchscreen stopped responding completely—I couldn't swipe on the home screen or open any apps. I pressed the power button, and while holding it down, my phone vibrated even though it's on silent, which was weird. When the power options popped up, the touchscreen started working again, but I didn't even restart the phone. I ran a scan and it didn't find any threats, but I'm still concerned. Does anyone know if this is a virus or just a glitch?

It sounds more like a glitch to me. Usually, if it were a virus, you'd see some annoying pop-ups or weird messages trying to get you to pay for something. Since everything seems fine now after the power button issue, I wouldn't worry too much about it being malware.

I figured as much! I tend to panic about these things. Thanks for the reassurance!
