Hey everyone, I got a new Sapphire RX7600 GPU about two years back and recently noticed that the hotspot and GCD temperatures are nearly hitting 100°C after playing CS2 for about 15 minutes. I've never serviced a GPU before and I'm wondering if I should replace the thermal pads. If that's a good idea, what should I purchase? Also, is it hard to do? I appreciate any help! 😀

About the thickness of thermal pads you should get—go for 1mm for the memory and 1.5mm for the VRM. If you're planning to open up the GPU, you might as well take care of it now and service it for the next couple of years!

Exactly! Those thicknesses should do the trick.
