I recently built a PC and converted my costs to USD. Here's the breakdown of what I paid:
- AMD Ryzen 7800X3D: $392
- 32GB DDR5-6000 CL36 RAM: $271
- MSI B850-P WiFi motherboard: $196
- 850W power supply: $65
- Lian Li Lancool 216 RGB case: $88
- Peerless Assassin cooler: $36
- Hellhound 9070XT GPU: $654
This brings me to a total of around $1,702. The GPU and motherboard were on sale, but I know prices in my area are often higher than in the US. Also, I've picked the most affordable full-size motherboard. Should I consider switching to a smaller B650M motherboard and a different case? Overall, do you think this price is reasonable, or did I go a bit overboard?

It looks pretty normal for current market prices, especially given that GPU prices can fluctuate a lot these days. If you got those sales, that’s great!

Do you think it’s worth switching to a cheaper motherboard and case?
