I recently applied thermal paste to my CPU cooler using the pea method, but I'm worried I might have used less than needed. Here's a picture of what I have left. Do you think this amount is sufficient for my setup?

That looks like plenty of thermal paste to me!
Honestly, that amount is overkill. When you mount the cooler, the pressure will likely push some paste out the sides, causing a mess.
Yeah, you're probably right. I just want to make sure everything works well!
