Does DDR5 Performance Change Between 2-Slot and 4-Slot Motherboards?

I'm considering building a budget AM5 system and I'm curious about the differences in performance between motherboards with 2 slots versus those with 4 slots for DDR5 RAM. Specifically, if I'm using dual channel with two sticks of RAM, will there be a noticeable difference in performance? The 2-slot motherboard has a more appealing price and seems like a solid choice, but I want to make sure I'm making the right decision.

Generally, motherboards with 2 slots are better for competitive RAM overclocking. If you're not focused on overclocking, there won’t be much difference in performance between the two.
