I'm trying to set up Alexa routines that involve Sofabaton activities. Both accounts are linked with the same email and connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The Sofabaton app shows the activities online in the API section, and both the app and the remote work fine. However, when I enable the Alexa skill, the activities show up in Scenes but don't function correctly. One time, the scenes appeared normally but did nothing when added to a routine, and now they just display as 'Device is unresponsive.' I've rebooted the S-B hub and toggled the skill off and on, deleted and re-enabled the Alexa skills, but the activities still show up as unresponsive. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any fixes?

I'm in the same boat! I ended up giving up after a week of frustration. It wasn't working as advertised, and I was ready to return it. But wait, I heard from someone that it might actually be working now—Sofabaton could have made some changes to their API.
I had some success by adding just the Stream TV box as a device and creating a simple activity just for that. I put all the necessary steps in the Start Up Sequence and avoided complications. Alexa picked it up as a Scene, and I was able to add it to a routine that worked! Just say 'Alexa, Channel 7' and it changes the channel like magic! Check out how I set it up!
That's awesome! I had to add a delay between actions for it to work consistently, especially for channels with multiple digits. Now I can switch to ESPN by saying 'Alexa Sports'!

Yes, it finally worked for me too! I think they did make an update. I created routines that actually switch channels now, so there's hope!
