Hi everyone! I'm looking for some insights on downgrading RDS User CALs from 2025 to 2022. Has anyone done this recently? I'm wondering if it's easier to call or email the clearing house for assistance, and how long the process usually takes. Did you encounter any issues during the downgrade? Thanks in advance for your help!

I've found that calling the clearing house is the quickest option. Usually, it takes around 15 minutes to sort things out.
Are you sure you need to downgrade? From what I've seen, licenses typically allow downward compatibility without needing to downgrade them anymore.
In the past, that was the case, but it looks like now you do need to go through the clearing house if you want to downgrade.
