Endless Spinning 'Welcome' Screen on Windows 11—Help!

I recently powered on my brand new PC and entered my PIN, but I'm stuck in an endless loop with the 'Welcome' message just spinning. This is my first experience like this with a new computer. The only option I have is to force shut it down using the power button. Can anyone provide some assistance or troubleshooting tips?

How long did you wait for the spinning to stop before using the power button? It’s usually a good idea to give it at least a few minutes, like five or so. Sometimes it just takes a little longer than expected to boot up properly.
