I keep experiencing frustrating FPS spikes while gaming. My frame rates jump up to 120 FPS, then drop down to 20 FPS, and this cycle continues every few seconds. I can't seem to maintain a stable FPS of around 100 to 110. Here are my PC specs: AMD Ryzen 7 CPU, NVIDIA RTX 3050 graphics card, and 16GB of RAM. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

You should check to see if you have any unnecessary programs running in the background. They can really eat up your resources and affect your FPS. Closing them could help stabilize your frame rates.
I saw you mentioned your temps are between 57 to 70°C while playing. That's not too bad, but if it's constantly bouncing around like your FPS, it might be worth cleaning your fans or reapplying thermal paste.
How are your temperatures looking while you're playing? If they're fluctuating a lot, it could indicate thermal throttling, which might be causing the FPS drops.
