I'm having a frustrating problem with Claude.ai. It seems like every time I use it for my study sessions, I get a notification that I've hit the message limit for the free plan. The weird thing is that this notification pops up even when I'm just sending a very short message right after the timer resets. I've waited for the right timing, but the moment I try to interact, it triggers the limit again. I attempted to reach out to support, but since I'm on the free plan, I could only talk to an automated bot that wasn't helpful at all. Is anyone else having this issue? It feels like I'm stuck in a loop or there's a bug with my account.

Honestly, just go study without relying on tech so much. You might find it more effective in the long run. But if you're intent on using Claude, maybe give it another shot after some troubleshooting? Checking for any background processes could help too.
Yeah, those kinds of limits can be annoying. Could it be a neighbor app that's linked to Claude? Sometimes apps share data that counts toward limits.
It sounds like you're getting a glitch in the system, especially if that's happening right after the timer resets. Have you checked if there are any background tasks or projects running that might be affecting your message count? Claude sometimes processes more than one message if it’s managing additional data. Even folks on paid plans can run into this if they're unaware. Best of luck!
I don't have any projects running; I'm just using the web version. It's just one-off messages!

I appreciate the concern! It is helpful, but I really like using Claude for quick answers.
