Experiencing Issues with a Used Sapphire Nitro+ 6700 XT

I recently bought a used Sapphire Nitro+ 6700 XT from an online platform. Initially, I installed the card and updated to the latest drivers. I played PUBG for about 10 minutes without issues, but then the screen went black, and the card shut down. I'm using an MSI MAG 650BN power supply, a Ryzen 5 5600G CPU, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM, with three fans and a 1TB NVMe drive. After the black screen, I tried restarting my PC but it wouldn't work. The next day, the card worked again, but when I ran a Heaven benchmark test, the same problem occurred. I'm really stuck on what to do next.

First, I would check your power supply. Make sure it's delivering enough wattage for your setup. The MSI MAG BN 650W should be sufficient, but if there’s any issue with it, that could be the cause of your card's instability.

I just confirmed it's a 650-watt power supply, but I'm not totally sure about its performance.

Another thing to look at is the temperatures. If your card is hitting 80-85 degrees Celsius under load, that could trigger overheating and shut it down for safety. Ensure that your cooling solution is adequate and that your case has good airflow.

Yeah, I've noticed those temp readings, but I didn't think it would be that high!
