I've recently upgraded my PC's processor from a Ryzen 5 4600G to a Ryzen 7 5700X, and I've started noticing some lag and micro stuttering while gaming and streaming using OBS. I'm not sure what's causing this issue because my temperatures don't seem to be consistently high, and my CPU and GPU usage aren't hitting 100%. Here's my full setup: Ryzen 7 5700X, RX 7600, a Corsair CX550 550W power supply, a PICHAU ALPHARD A520M-P motherboard, and 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM (though I'm only using one slot because I only have 8GB sticks). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried updating your motherboard's chipset drivers? Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause performance issues after a CPU upgrade. It's worth a shot!
I downloaded the Ryzen Master app and installed it. Does that help with updating?
Does step 8 still apply since I just changed the processor?
