Experiencing Overheating and Stuttering with RTX 2060 SUPER

Hey everyone! I've been using my RTX 2060 Super since 2019, but lately, it's been acting up. My games are stuttering a lot; for instance, I'm getting massive FPS drops in GTA V, moving from 150 FPS down to 70 FPS in just a few seconds, making gameplay really frustrating. I checked the stats using MSI AfterBurner, and I've noticed that the GPU utilization is at 100% while temperatures are soaring to 88-90°C. I've cleaned out all the dust and ensured my case has good airflow, but it's still acting weird. Does anyone have tips or solutions for this?
