Experiencing Performance Issues in Windowed Fullscreen for Games

I'm having trouble with games when running them in windowed fullscreen (or borderless). Whenever I tab out, the screen gets glitched, and the games run poorly. I recently wiped my PC and have tested both the latest and older AMD drivers, but I'm currently using the newest one. My specs are a Ryzen 5800X, 32GB of RAM, and a 7800XT with a 750W power supply. The games I've tested include CS2, Battlefield 6, and Rocket League.

If you frequently tab out of games, try running them in windowed fullscreen mode instead of borderless. This could help with your glitching issues. Also, make sure you have the latest GPU drivers, chipset drivers, and BIOS updated, and ensure XMP is enabled for your RAM. It’s essential for performance!

I've got the latest drivers for my GPU and chipset, along with a new BIOS and fresh Windows installation. Plus, I have XMP turned on. But I still can't run any games smoothly in windowed fullscreen; I have to stick to fullscreen which is a pain when I want to tab out.
