Experiencing Poor Performance with RX 9060 XT on My PC

Hey everyone! I recently got an RX 9060 XT 16GB graphics card for my older PC, which has an i5 9600K CPU and 16GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3000MHz. I'm using a Lenovo Legion monitor with a 1080p resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. However, I'm only getting 40-70 FPS in Arc Raiders, even when I had my old RTX 2060, I was hitting 90-120 FPS at medium to high settings. I understand that my CPU is somewhat outdated, but are there any other settings I could tweak to get better performance from my GPU and overall system? Thanks!

Have you tried using DDU to uninstall your old drivers? It might help clear some things up.

Yeah, I did that, and even reinstalled Windows, but it didn't change anything.

It sounds like your CPU might be bottlenecking performance. You could try increasing the graphics settings, but don't expect significant improvements in FPS—this might help with stuttering and offer some visual enhancements.

I tried that too and still got the same FPS on both low and epic settings.

Is your GPU running at 100% utilization? You could also check if you're running into VRAM limitations, which might be affecting performance.
