I've been dealing with these annoying random freezes on my PC that last for about 2-3 seconds. It typically happens when I'm trying to scroll while a video is playing or sometimes when I alt-tab. There are no error messages or sounds, and after a brief pause, everything just resumes as if nothing happened. I'm starting to suspect it might be related to my RAM or GPU, or possibly even my monitor. Here are my specs:
- Ryzen 5 8400F
- Radeon RX 6600
- 16GB DDR5 (set to EXPO mode in BIOS)
If you need more information, just ask! By the way, this issue rarely occurs while gaming; it mostly happens when I'm just browsing or watching videos.

Have you checked if this could be a software issue instead of hardware? What operating system are you using? And which browser? It might help to test with different browsers to see if the problem persists. Make sure all your software and OS are up to date, and take a look at Device Manager for any alerts. It could also be worth checking the Event Viewer for any logs. If you haven't already, I suggest updating your GPU drivers and maybe testing in Safe Mode. There’s a lot that could be going on, so doing some basic troubleshooting can help narrow it down. YouTube has tons of helpful guides for this type of issue!

Thanks for the tips! I’ll definitely check out those troubleshooting videos.
