I'm reaching out because we've been having some technical difficulties with our phone lines. Our local ISP handles it, but their SIP trunk might go through either Spectrum or Comcast. We're based right on the PA/NY state line, but I heard from someone in our Sales team that a customer in Florida also mentioned they're having similar problems with their phone system. I recently noticed a post regarding Microsoft services being down as well. Is anyone else facing these issues today? Could this be an indication of a larger problem, or are we just encountering some unrelated glitches?

It seems like a coincidence to me. Microsoft being down generally shouldn't impact traditional phone systems unless you're making calls through a computer setup. If your phones are standard SIP or desk phones, it’s likely an issue with your ISP or upstream provider. Just because someone in Florida is having issues at the same time, doesn't mean they're related. I'd recommend checking with your ISP first to see if there's an ongoing issue with SIP traffic.
Our Teams SIP phones did experience some hiccups earlier today, but things seem to have settled down. We haven't received any official word about it, though.
Thanks for the heads up! I'll keep an eye on it and see if we get any updates.
No troubles here in the Midwest with my SIP trunk provider or any SaaS VOIP services. Everything seems to be running smoothly for us!
I'm also facing some difficulties accessing support.hpe.com. I ran into a JSON error while trying to log in. Might be an issue with connectivity or something else, not sure yet.

That makes sense. It's a good idea to check back with the ISP.
