Facing Issues After Factory Reset: WiFi Connected but No Sites Loading

I recently had to factory reset my laptop since I was unable to sign in, but now it's stuck with no websites loading even though my WiFi shows it's connected. On the bright side, my phone's hotspot is working way better than my home WiFi, and I've tried resetting the router, but nothing seems to help.

Have you checked if the WLAN drivers are installed? Sometimes, after a factory reset, you need to manually install them to get your WiFi working properly. You can usually find them on the laptop manufacturer's website.

Try running some commands in the Powershell as an administrator. You can enter 'netsh winsock reset' and 'netsh int ip reset'. This can fix underlying network configurations that might be causing the issue. Just remember to restart the laptop afterwards!

If you're not sure how to run those commands, just open Powershell, right-click and choose 'Run as administrator', then type in the commands. Just follow the prompts and it should be straightforward!
