Feedback on My $1,500 Gaming PC Build

I'm planning my first build with a budget of around $1,500 after tax. Primarily, I'll be playing older games, but I want the option to run newer titles at medium settings. By making these changes, you'll still stay within your budget and potentially get a 20% boost in FPS!

GamerDude454: I initially picked the X3D for its performance in games like CIV and Stellaris. Do you really think your alternatives would still run those games well while improving performance in other titles?
