I've been the solo admin at a small company in Ontario for almost five years, earning 60k, but I feel like I'm just stuck doing helpdesk work. I'm getting really anxious because I haven't had any luck landing interviews for entry to mid-level positions, even ones I believe I'm overqualified for. It's daunting since this is my first corporate job, and I worry that my long tenure could be seen as a red flag.
