Hey everyone! I'm currently working as a DevOps Engineer in a small company focused on developing ERP applications for various clients. I've been here right after graduating university and it's been four years now. My role mostly involves light work with Azure, some debugging here and there, and occasionally writing Terraform code for Azure and Kubernetes resources. I also deploy applications both on-premise and in the cloud, but don't often get to build things from scratch. While the pay is decent and I love the positive company culture, I'm starting to feel like I'm not progressing. The projects and tasks have become repetitive, and when I try to push for better practices, the team often opts for the easier route instead. I've gone to a few job interviews but keep getting told I lack the necessary experience. I'm really eager to grow and learn, but I'm not sure if I should stay in a comfortable job or seek something better.
